Various projects within the Unit use Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) as part of their investigations. We are experienced in handling data from many NGS techniques, including RNA-seq, tRNA-seq, ribosome profiling, iCLIP, and targetted resequencing. Analysis is performed using a combination of publically available software and in-house scripts. We use the High Performance Computing Sercie of the University of Cambridge for our analysis.
