The Proteomics Facility provides support to all unit members aiming to integrate proteomics in their research programmes. We help the community to plan, execute and publish their proteomic research and we are responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the state-of-the-art mass spectrometers and any accessory proteomic equipment. We provide training in proteomics methods upon request however we prefer to take on the responsibility of proteomics sample preparation to guarantee smooth and continuous mass spectrometer operation.
The Proteomics Facility is run with the help and support of Dr. Bini Ramachandran as the technical lead.
