We support multiple “omics” projects by providing the analytical environment and professional support for high throughput technological pipelines. Various “omics” technologies are commonly applied to a wide spectrum of medical problems, including the identification of diagnostic biomarkers or monitoring the effects of drug treatments.
The facility usues the High Performance Computing Service of the University of Cambridge, our pipelines utilise in-house workflows and Snakemake / Snakepipe pipelines.
