As the Head of Proteomics, I am dedicated to steering our mass spectrometry-based proteomics research in alignment with our institutional objectives. My role encompasses overseeing all facets of the proteomics facility, from personnel management to instrument maintenance, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements. I actively foster collaborations with fellow researchers, advocating for our facility's expertise at scientific gatherings, and nurturing strategic alliances with leading mass spectrometry vendors. Also, I orchestrate tailored training sessions for both senior leaders and junior researchers, empowering them with the necessary skills to excel in their endeavors. Ultimately, my aim is to facilitate impactful research outcomes that contribute to our broader scientific community.
