Biography:

Anders joined the MRC Toxicology Unit in March 2023 as the Research Support Manager. He first started working for the university in 2017 as a Senior Research Technician in the Department of Physiology, Development and Neuroscience, contributing to work on the effect of hypoxia in human endothelial gene regulation. In 2018, Anders moved to the Department of Pathology as a Chief Research Technician, working on human Malaria species in vitro, with a focus on the role of G-quadruplexes in Plasmodium drug targets. In 2021, He then took a role as Deputy Lab Manger for the Pathology Department before moving to Toxicology.
