Biography:
Marguerite is a PhD Student at the MRC Toxicology Unit, in Cambridge, in collaboration with industry. She holds a BSc from Imperial College London, and an MPhil in Therapeutic Sciences from the University of Cambridge, during which she completed her MSc thesis in the Sawarkar group.
Research interests:
Marguerite's project focuses on understanding and predicting the toxicity of nucleic acid-based therapeutics, in healthy and diseased in vitro models, here using healthy and diseased cardiac organoids. Marguerite is passionate about molecular biology and drug discovery.
