Biography:

Laraine Joined the MRC Toxicology Unit in Cambridge in March 2022. Laraine is currently the Laboratory and Facilities Manager providing a support service to facilitate effective research in the unit. Previously she has been a researcher at the Stem Cell Institute on the Biomedical Campus in Cambridge working in cardiovascular biology to provide new insights into cardiovascular disease development and novel treatments for vascular disease. Before this, Laraine worked at the Babraham Institute in Cambridge, Roche Discovery, GSK and spent 3 years working in the USA on academic transfer from Oxford University.
