MRC Toxicology Unit



I am responsible for analysing all sequencing data, and the majority of microarray data, generated by the Unit.   I have a particular interest in methods for analysing ribosome profiling data.   I also collaborate with researchers within the Unit, and groups outside the Unit, to undertake many types of bioinformatic projects, including devising strategies, developing software, performing statistical analyses, and interpreting outcomes.
